Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" — refers to the gbaaji website and all its services.
• "User" / "You" — any person who is registered on the platform or is using its services.
• "Account" — a personal gaming account created through registration.
• "Real Money" — any transaction carried out in actual currency (BDT/৳).
• "Bonus Funds" — amounts granted as a promotional benefit, which must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering" — the requirement to place bets at a specified multiple before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
• "gbaaji" / "We" — the entity operating the gbaaji platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use the gbaaji platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must have a valid mobile phone number and email address.
• If you are a resident of a restricted region, you may not use the platform.
• You must be using the platform voluntarily and entirely of your own free will.

Account Registration

To create an account on the platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following provisions apply to registration:

• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, phone number and payment details used on the account must be your own.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and up to date. If any information changes, please notify our support team immediately.
• A copy of your national identity card or passport may be requested as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Please keep the following in mind regarding account security:

• Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone.
• Make sure to log out when your session ends, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our 24/7 live chat immediately.
• gbaaji is not responsible for any unauthorized activity on your account that occurs as a result of your own negligence.
• No representative of gbaaji will ever ask for your password or OTP by phone or message.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gbaaji are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Rules regarding deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal time: Requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.
• The payment account used for withdrawal must be registered in your name.
• Additional documentation may be requested to verify withdrawal requests that are unusually large compared to deposits.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• In cases of technical errors or incorrect amounts, gbaaji reserves the right to cancel or correct transactions.

Bonuses and Promotions

gbaaji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus has its own specific wagering requirement, validity period and eligible games, which are listed separately.
• Claiming a bonus more than once from the same household, device or IP address is not permitted.
• If any misuse of the bonus system is found, the bonus funds will be forfeited.
• gbaaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.

Gaming Rules

All games offered on the gbaaji platform are operated to ensure safety and fair play. General gaming rules:

• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring impartiality.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• Specific rules for slots, live casino, cricket betting and other games are published separately on each game page.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, gbaaji will automatically complete that game.
• The use of any software or bots during play is strictly prohibited.
• In sports betting, the decision of the body that determines the outcome of an event is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbaaji platform. Violating these restrictions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using any software, bots or artificial intelligence to influence game outcomes.
• Misusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack, phish or manipulate any system on the platform.
• Placing bets or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Conducting money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Threatening, harassing or using abusive language towards platform staff.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.

Account Suspension and Closure

gbaaji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Identification of suspicious financial activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or to provide required documents.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

You may also request account closure at any time through 24/7 live chat. Any valid balance will remain withdrawable before the account is closed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbaaji will not be liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disruption, power outages or other technical failures.
• Delays caused by errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from a breach of account security due to your own negligence.
• Financial loss due to losing in games — gambling is inherently risky.
• Unforeseen events or "force majeure" situations (war, natural disasters, pandemic).

• If you continue to use the platform after changes have been made, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
• These terms have been written in English and will be interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
